  • 7 sets of moulding press with sand muller (Jolt press with pneumatic rammer)

  • Max box size 600 mm*600mm *300mm Hand Moulding
  • Molasses sand casting

Core making

  • Cold box horizontal core shooter Machine with shooting capacity of 25kg
  • Manual core making with resin hardener, CO2 process core weight up to 80 kg

Fettling

In house Fettling shop with 500 kg Shot blasting, Hand grinding and paint shop

Machining shop

We have certificated vendor team for accurate and complex machining as per our requirement.
